
Head of Income and Work
Tracy is the Head of the Income & Work research, leading a team of qualitative and quantitative researchers on a range of employment, skills and income related studies. The team is responsible for some key studies including the DWP's Family Resources Survey and the Workplace Employment Relations Study.
Tracy originally joined NatCen in 2002 and was previously the Deputy Director of the Travel and Income Group. She has a wide range of research expertise and has managed many projects at NatCen (including evaluations, large scale continuous surveys, longitudinal studies, feasibility studies and secondary analysis projects). She has an BSc in Economics and MSc in Social Policy, both from the London School of Economics.
