Jo is a  Researcher in NatCen's  Questionnaire Design and Testing (QDT) Hub. She has experience in implementing numerous question testing methodologies including cognitive testing, focus groups, desk-based evaluations and expert reviews. Jo is involved in delivering training courses on Cognitive Interviewing and Questionnaire Design. Jo is interested the psychology of survey response and the design and testing of web questionnaires.
