Company Sectretary

Meriel Barclay is NatCen's Company Secretary. She joined the organisation in 1998 and is a qualified accountant with experience in the service and voluntary sectors.

Meriel's responsibilities, supported by a team of over 20 in both London and Brentwood, include providing sufficient resources for other departments to operate, responsibility for finance, HR and facilities, acting as secretary to the Board and chairing the Trustees of the pension scheme.
