Sam Clemens

Sam is Head of the Health and Wellbeing Team at the National Centre for Social Research.  She has 20 years experience in social research and has worked across a wide range of social and public policy areas.  She has been involved in large-scale technically complex surveys (such as the British Crime Survey and the Health Survey for England), as well as smaller scale surveys and policy evaluations.  
Sam was involved in setting up the NatCen Research Ethics Procedures, and is the chair of one of the NatCen Research Ethics Committees.  She also sits on the NRES Social Care Committee in a personal capacity.
