Director of Facilities and IT

Stuart Chapman is Director of Facilities and IT. He manages staff responsible for systems support and also a team of programmers responsible for developing and supporting internal bespoke systems.

Stuart is in charge of IT expenditure and is responsible for co-ordinating NatCen's IT strategy. Prior to joining NatCen in 1998, he was IT Manager of Southend Community NHS Trust.
