
Yvette joined NatCen in 2010 and is currently based in the Crime and Justice team. She has experience in designing and implementing both small and large scale studies, using complex survey designs, and has been heavily involved in the design and implementation of the Workplace Employment Relations Study (WERS), Great Britain's most definitive and influential study of employment relations.
She is also involved in the analysis, interpretation and reporting of the Offending Management Community Cohort Study (OMCCS), which uses a combination of CAPI and administrative data to assess the effectiveness of Community Orders.
Prior to joining NatCen, Yvette was part of the research team for Kent Police, and has an MA in Criminology from the University of Kent.
